Join us to learn ‘The Art of Cheese Making’ with Dr. Lloyd Metzger, Professor and Alfred Chair in Dairy Education at South Dakota State University, Dairy Science Department.

Lloyd will discuss ‘Applying Science to the Art of Cheese Making’ and then invite guests to participate in using an enzyme to turn milk from a liquid to a solid and in stretching mozzarella cheese.

There will also be two dairy farmers on hand to discuss animal care and sustainability efforts on the farm.
