What: The St. Louis Pastry Guild is a group developed through St. Louis’ Local ACF chapter. Chef’s demos, handouts, tasting and Q&A sessions on today’s pastry trends will be the format.

Who: Anyone may attend at no cost! Please sign up on the ACF Chefs de Cuisine website. The group meets to learn and watch from talented pastry chefs from St. Louis’ top kitchens and around the country.
