The St. Louis Pastry Guild was developed by St. Louis’ Local ACF chapter to offer demonstrations, tastings and Q&A sessions on today’s pastry trends.

Meetings will be bi-monthly starting February 27th featuring Nathaniel Reid of Nathaniel Reid Bakery, hosted by Chef Chris Desens and Dan Maddox.
Anyone may attend at no cost! This group is dedicated to providing free opportunities to learn from talented pastry chefs from St. Louis’ top kitchens around the country.
All events will be held at the Culinary Institute of St. Louis at Hickey College.
