The Racquet Club Ladue is looking for a qualified individual to assist the Executive Chef in all culinary aspects of the Club, including but not limited to; food production, menu development, staff development and cost controls. The applicant must:

  • Possess country club or similar high end culinary experiences with a well rounded cooking base
  • Be well organized with a strong understanding of food production, presentation, and utilization, with a creative drive and an eye for attention to detail
  • Be highly motivated with a desire to stay current with industry trends
  • Have a strong ability to multi task
  • Possess good leadership qualities with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and team mentality
  • Have a thorough understanding of culinary safety and sanitation, preferably with ServeSafe Certification
  • Previous supervision experience desired
  • Culinary or college degree preferred
