This will be an ACF sanctioned culinary salon and medals will be awarded. Competitions categories being held are:
- Contemporary “K” Series
- Cold Food
Registration cost for the Competition is:
ACF Members $50.00 Non-Members $100.00
Certification testing will also be held.
Registration cost for the Certification is:
ACF Members $100.00 Non-Members $200.00
