The culinary industry is very quickly changing to meet the demands of consumers. See below for some of the featured demonstrations

1.Speed!  There are some new ovens out that feature speed!  Some with microwaves… some without! 

2.Juice… wow the trend is juice for the world… there are new juicers that do carrots, spinach, apples, blueberries, (the most over used veggie )Kale.. easily quickly and discharge the pulp out the back.. no need to clean in between!  And FAST! 

3. Vita mix is just not for puree… it is also a cooking machine… come and see the demo..

4. Sous Vide-With the summer harvest coming.. food preservation is so important.. we have even more options for Vacuum Sealing and Sous Vide.. (not to mention marinating, prepping.. etc)

5.There are now a new generation of INDUCTION TABLES… the entire table can act as your buffet warmer.. take the pan off and the table is beautiful in itself.

7. Of course, questions are also recommended for already on display flatware, glassware and equipment as well
