Educational Meeting - Innovative Creations with Savory Pastry Basics
Chef Danial Pliska, CEC AAC, will talk about ways to spark your creativity by using savory pastry skills. Chef Pliska, formerly from Columbia MO, is now an instructor at the Ozarks Technical Community College in Springfield, as well as an author.
Among the creations he will demonstrate will be:
Buckwheat Crepe Smoked Salmon Gateau
- Gnocchi Parisienne with Shrimp & Soft Shell Crab
- Filet topped with a Wild Mushroom, Bacon & Blue Cheese Phyllo Purse
